How do I deposit funds into my trading account?

With a wide range of deposit methods, funding your trading account with Skyline Markets is effortless.  In order to fund your trading account, login and visit our deposit page. Select your preferred method and amount, confirm your details and submit your payment. Once your payment is approved the amount will be reflected in your account balance.

How can I consult my balance and transaction history?

Skyline Markets believes in full transparency with our traders. All transactions performed within your trading account are recorded in real-time and can be consulted in your account Portfolio.


How can I withdraw funds from my account?

Login to your account, click on the ‘My Account’ tab on the tool bar at the top of the page, then select ‘Withdrawals’ from the drop-down menu. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, according to the currency of your trading account. Complete the electronic form as required then click ‘Submit’. You will be notified via email once your withdrawal request has been processed.


Do I need to provide any documentation to make a withdrawal?

Please note, all withdrawal requests are subject to a client’s account being fully verified and funded with the withdrawal amount that has been requested.


How long does it take to receive my funds?

Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, please allow an average of 3 business days for our banking department to process your request.  Once your withdrawal request is processed, the funds will show in your account within 3-7 business days.  

Please note that your funds will be withdrawn back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The processing time for withdrawals differs for each payment method; please see our withdrawal policy for more information.

Broker, Executive and VIP account holders enjoy same day withdrawal approvals.


Is there a limit for withdrawal amounts?

The minimum withdrawal amount at Skyline Markets is 100 EUR/USD, depending on the currency of your trading account.

FAQ - Compliance & Security

What documents are required to verify my trading account?

Skyline Markets holds KYC policies to a high standard in order to prevent identify theft, money laundering and financial fraud. In order to verify your account, simply upload the following compliance documents in the Compliance tab in ‘My Account’:

  • A copy of your valid passport with the signature page, or government issued ID, or driving license.
  • Copy of the credit card used to make the deposit. The copy of the front of the credit card should show your name, expiration date, and last four digits of the credit card number. The backside should show your signature, however, the CVV should be covered.
  • A copy of a recent utility bill in your name and address issued within the last four months.


When do I need to provide documents to verify my account?

We highly appreciate you taking the time to provide us with all the necessary documents as soon as you can, in order to avoid any delays in processing your transactions. Some circumstances may require us to request these documents before allowing any other activities in your account, such as deposits, trades or withdrawals.


Is my information secure?

With Skyline Markets, traders can rest easy knowing that all personal details will remain secure and confidential. We adhere to the higher standards in security, encrypting and protecting all documents and confidential information.


Do I need to pay taxes on my benefice?
